As it turns out we had some mailbox issues for the past 12 to 24 hours (Sept. 23rd) on our dedicated server.
Our mail server was flooded with over 50,000 spam emails and we had to stop and recover from this.
If you tried to get in touch with our team in the last 24 hours please re-send your message as we have not received any messages during this period.

After almost 5 years since PHPSUGAR was formed, we’ve finally served our 3,000th customer.
The order was placed for PHP Melody and the “Link removal fee”. As a small token of appreciation we’ve upgraded his account to “Lifetime upgrades and support”.
Some customers have been reporting problems with uploading large files via the Admin upload form.
The bad news is that this is a limitation from your hosting provider and not from PHP Melody; so we can’t do much about it.
The good news is that with a few changes you may be able to alter/overwrite your hosting’s php configuration.
It is ready! The new PHP Melody version is now available for download.
As previously announced, this release will not bring any new features compared to the last version (1.6.3). Instead, we chose to fix the problems which haunted PHP Melody 1.6.3.
