What is the difference between the “Standard” and “Brand-free” license?
The “Standard” license is branded with a “Powered by PHP Melody” link in the footer of all pages which cannot be removed. The “Brand-Free” license does not include this branding. Aside from branding, there are no other differences between these two licenses (“Standard” & “Brand-free”).
The “Unlimited” license comes unbranded and most importantly, can be used for an unlimited number of installations. For more details about licensing, please send us an email
Can I upgrade from one license to another later on?
Absolutely! You can upgrade any license within 30 days of placing your order. There are no hidden costs or charges to upgrade your license.
Are there any special server requirements for PHP Melody?
No. PHP Melody works on almost any hosting account; including shared hosting accounts. To host PHP Melody you need: Unix or Windows based hosting with PHP version 5.3 or newer and one MySQL database. To use the "SEO Friendly" link structure, mod_rewrite is required. Rest assured because 99.9% of hosting providers meet these requirements.
How reliable is your service?
The continuous improvements and uninterrupted support during the last 10 years make PHP Melody as reliable as they get. We've released 32 major updates so far. We are constantly developing new features for PHP Melody and our customer support service was never interrupted in the past 10 years.
Can I really get my money back if the product doesn't work?
Yes, you can because what you're buying today is a high quality product. Here is our public commitment to you. If you're less than 100% satisfied with how our product works or you encounter problems which are not satisfactory solved by our team, you can ask for your money back. We will refund you the same day.
How will I get support?
