Affiliate Program in Alpha stage

Ok, finally some news about the Affiliate Program

Currently we're performing the final tests to ensure everything works well with our 3 payment processors: PayPal, FastSpring and MoneyBookers too.

The tests went well so far, we fixed a couple of bugs, and we'll keep on testing during this weekend. The affiliate system was designed and developed by our team for maximum compatibility with our custom Customer Manager and Customer Area.

We are scheduled to start accepting affiliates on Monday, the 5th of September.

When I say 'start accepting', I'm referring to the 'beta' stage of our Affiliate Program.
This 'beta' stage will be 100% operational however It's called 'beta' because only 30 customers can join at this stage. The Affiliate Program will stay in 'beta' for at least 3 weeks.

We received 11 requests for the 'beta' stage participation via email and we'll be accepting another 19 from our forums.

A few facts:

1 The commission to be earned is 15% of each sale you generate. The commission will increase after a certain number of generated sales.
2 You can start right away. We allow our affiliates to promote our products anywhere. We're very flexible about this and we won't impose specific banners or text links.
3 Referred visitor will be tracked using cookies which only expire after 30 days. Any purchase made in that time span will be credited to your affiliate account.
4 Payouts will be sent via PayPal only and the minimum payout level is $30.
5 Payouts are made bi-monthly to those who qualify for a payment and once every 4 months for those who's account balance is below $30 USD.

As promised the program is now available to all those who showed interest. The invitations have just been sent via email.

The program is in Beta stage which means it won't be available to all customers yet.
