Monthly we do around 6 million video streams.

Yeah that's good...congrats man. One of my PHP Melody sites gets over 100K views monthly and the site is just roughly 16 months old.

Thx so much ya we dont advertise much at all to many people already come to the site LOL. But we are trying in january to do some cool radio advertising. Were still negotiating but last month we did 1.5 million visitors. This month were hoping more. Remains to be seen.

Hey thx but paying for 1.5 million visitors a month????? hehe that would cost 100's of thousands of dollars. Organic and tons of google and yahoo searches lots of return users and embeded videos.... Ohh we advertise a little each month but not much.

Hey musicuploadz, I just looked at your site ranking on Alexa.com, and it does not look impressive. Your site ranks 1,040,548 in the world, and 185,890 in the U.S. Plus your site just launched about 10 months ago, so it is still relatively new. You say 20,000,000 video streams/page views all coming from San Francisco? Where did you get your statistics from again? If you don't mind disclosing

Hey well first the stream numbers come directly from the database live so there accurate and if you look on our site you would see that.


Alexa once again is not accurate at all if you look us up on comscore.com we get over 510k uniques a month there very accurate not 100 percent but close.


Alexa is an old site where you need tool bar to register every 20 users dont know why we dont really care. We have pretty big companies we deal with in advertising on our website.


If you start comparing peoples website to alexa then you have a long way to go on the net. PS. not busting your bubble or anything just telling you how it is. Were happy where we are at and we are a pretty big website now. Just because we started 10 months ago does not mean you can not get big. We threw a lot of advertising in the start of the website and radio advertising.
