Before buying your script I would like to know if there is a rating system (stars), Report dead link, have 1 root admin and 2 sub admin?

Yes, I can confirm that starting with PHP Melody 1.6.1 you have all those requirements covered, even multiple admins (aka moderators).

The new PHP Melody 1.6.2 even has an auto-reporting function for dead videos.
