Just be patient. Payment sometimes takes longer to get processed. And I am sure he'll reply to you first thing tommorow.

If you used FastSpring for this payment please contact them ASAP with your transaction details at:

http://www.fastspring.com/contact.php

They are the 3rd party payment processors for phpSugar transactions and they can tell you everything you need to know.

I will read and reply to your email as soon as I get at the office.

Hope this helps. Please don't worry, everything will be sorted and your money will be returned. This has happened before.

If you emailed FastSpring please wait for their reply. If they fail to reply I will email them myself, perhps they'll answer faster. However, let's give them a chance to reply.

Since today is Friday, I'm afraid this will not be completely solved until Monday or next week.

It was a pre-authorization, but because of some issues with this product and the fraud screen, the payment wasn't settled, and will automatically fall off your account within a couple of days.
