Allow Usernames not Real Names

When you register on PHP Melody you have the option to enter your:

[*]Your Name
[*]Username

Guess which is used on the site? Your Name
This forum doesn't even require real name usage.

PHP Melody should at the very least give the admin the option to allow members to use their usernames.
The admin can always see the real names in the dashboard if they want to.

Allowing username would allow more registrations for a site where using real names would be an issue for those members.

PHP Melody is not Google+ or Facebook (both of which experience vocal opposition from some of its members)
Admin should not have to go and edit the code. This is a real need right now for some networks that should be simple to address.
