[solved] Suggest video not working

Suggest video is not working. i get an error everytime i add a flv video, i have intented using many urls and i still get this error
"The video you just submitted is already in our database."
do you know how can i solve this issue?

Suggest video doesn't work for me in Melody 2.5.

This feature allows a regular user to submit a URL from a site such as YouTube.

Example:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfgCgbKONg8

However, when a regular user tries this the spinning loading icon just spins and never stops. Nothing is done. Just sits there...

This used to work in Melody 2.4 and now it doesn't.

I have Melody installed on TWO different servers (yes I have a unlimited license). The servers are very different BUT Melody 2.4 worked fine. Now with Melody 2.5 the Suggest video doesn't work.

p.s. the Admin works fine for adding videos by URL.

Hello,
The fix does not work for me. after adding the url and click the button submit turns constantly.
You change anything in Header.tpl

Same for me... It adds video but the spinner keeps spinning. I changed it to submit button but user doesn't get a confirmation message after clicking submit

Video is added -- I have admin set to auto approve -- but user has no confirmation message after clicking submit

Also note: when Admin sets suggest video to 'manual approval' then the user does get an onscreen confirmation message after clicking SUBMIT
