Video not work

Hello,
I'm uploading videos to my server. But some of the videos does not work.what can I do ?
I'm use PHPmelody 1.8.1

Are all 3 of those locally hosted vids? I see your error graphics come up as 'http://www.bestvideosite.com/uploads/notfound.jpg' like the file is not found locally on your site.

Are all 3 of those locally hosted vids? I see your error graphics come up as 'http://www.bestvideosite.com/uploads/notfound.jpg' like the file is not found locally on your site.

Are all of your locally hosted doing the same thing? It appears that you may have to move them into /uploads/videos for them to be seen. Never quite understood why this has to be since it makes a very messy video section in the video files area. But that's the way it has to be done.
