Hi!
Pre-roll static ads allows you to paste in a static HTML code for your ads. For example, adsense banners. Users will see your static ads before the video starts playing.
Pre-roll video ads works by providing a video advertisement (mp4 file) and the URL you wish to advertise. Users will see this pre-roll video and clicking it will take them to the advertised URL.
