You asked for it.

If I would ever bump into your site via google I'd be gone in no time because of way too many ads... again. You got 5 (five!) ad blocks on every video page. Sorry siva, that can't be considered serious anymore.
It's just too obvious and too in your face that you're only running a site to make money.
There's nothing against making money via ads, but this is insulting your visitors.
The ads are too central and too eye catching on all your pages.
They are not integrated at all, they are the main part of your pages visually.
All the rest becomes secondary.

I've seen some pages that have two players, don't know why that is or what that is about, but it is confusing.

Your top menu, which is graphics, needs some work, the hover there needs to be graphical too then.. now it looks unfinished.

For the rest, I've seen worse
