Upgrade PHPMelody Please

I have sent ten emails requesting the upgrade to PHPMelody to which I am entitled according to your licensing terms, and very specifically followed your instructions as far as formatting the email, and have not received my upgrade file or even any sort of a response at all from you. Considering that many of the changes you made came from my suggestions in email conversations between us, copies of which I have and will be happy to post here, could you please at least pretend to provide some sort of customer service and contact me if not provide me with the update? Thank you.

We do provide support and I'm sorry to hear this but I'm totally unaware that this has happened.
