Please stop ignoring posts that ask for help, this is what this forum is about. there is a counter that shows how many people viewed a post, so dont just pass by, suggest something to the people asking for help please.
I know many of you guys try to help, but i am talking to the majority.

And last, when you get a PM, please have the courtesy to PM back.

I understand what you are saying, but sometimes users may not feel confident about answering some help questions or may not know the answer. And sometimes there are a lot of duplicate posts and it has been answered on previous posts. Also the answer may already be in the forum and some users are too lazy to search for it.
This forum as far as I know has great help from the owners and verified users.

I agree with both of you. Mostly on the view post... I've had posts without replies and it's fustrating when 20 or more view it and no one leaves a reply. even a simple I have no clue maybe ask this other guy or something?

We're all trying to make this a better place but some show more interest than others.

That's how it goes on any forum, so nothing wrong there

As zerro said, there are a lot of duplicate posts that may be 'ignored' (no replies) because they are duplicate.

The phpSugar team is doing its best to answer and solve all requests...daily.

We'll try to re-organize the forums and also create an independent bug tracking platform ..SOON
