[solved] 1.6.x Updates?

Will 1.6.x be updated when video sources stop working now that 1.8x is out? I ask because I use Melody embeded in my site (not as a standalone site.) I cant use 1.8 because bootstrap overrides all of my css and is a complete nightmare to try to integrate into an existing site.

Will 1.6.x be updated when video sources stop working now that 1.8x is out?

The video sources should continue to work with 1.6.x regardless of the other changes.

If they change for some reason (i don't see why), 1.6.x installations will be affected.
