[solved] About Zenics and modmyscript

Hi everybody,
I now it's no the good thing to make critics about some commercial issues about phpsugar,
I respect the owner of this programm of course,
but it seems to be that many things are not so fine;

First: You can buy some templates of course but some templates are from third parts commercials
If you want some help,the first answer from sugar is that they c'ant help?
Ok that thing are probably writen in little in the affiliate conditions!
But as whe are a consumer of sugar we are or will pay for a service that is completly or not?
Like programmers and developpers why they c'ant give support about it?


I have see in this forum that some guys deliver her help whitout conditions and are satisfied to do this
Give really a help and make support

About this all PHPSUGAR
are you ready to give a really help to your customers or just need somme pretty guys that
loosed here time just for the pleasure

I am sure that this will be solved.

The policy says that this forum is customer to customer. This could be one reason.
so, for official support the phpsugar customer care should be used.

If you pay someone for a template, service, plugin, etc. it's their responsibility to help you fix issues with their product or service.

If the product is broken, what did you actually pay for?

Also, the occasional forum discussion around 3rd party products related to PM is only incidental.
Therefore, our forum members have no obligation to be familiar with 3rd party products and help on request.

Hope this clears both our support team and our forums functions.

if we could get help from ozzy we would have, but since he is not around and we have problems i dont see why you dont let users help each other?

I haven't removed any PM's ever. That's something I don't go into.

As for the thread/post, it may have been removed if it broke the forum rules.

There's no intention on my part to stop or block any constructive communications in this forum.

also i have sent a pm to one of the members who i cant recal since the forum is not there anymore and also my PM does not exist anymore!!

the forum was about "zenics template" which i was trying to get help since ozy is not around
