As you can see, excepting the holiday period, our forum is daily updated with our replies and we're doing our best to help everyone.

The customer support is exceptional and again, i'm sorry to hear you didn't receive the update on time.

I think the fact that we have a public forum is proof enough that we're a serious, open and transparent business.

PHP Sugar is great.... umm....even better. They've been very helpful and they always release updates and upgrades.

Very often they go the extra mile to help.

I've referred at least 2 new clients and they were both very happy with Andrew and his team.
