loss of commissions

Hi I have noticed that if a potential customer clicks on the Homepage link of the merchant site we lose out on a commission if the user purchases from that site directly, also if users download trial software and then decide to purchase the software, it has its own link to the merchant site, there again in a result of lost commissions.
Is what I say correct, please post your views because I think there can be something done with the merchant site link on our URA sites at least.

The commission is lost only if the vendor doesn't use Regnow on their site.

Otherwise, rest assured, we've considered this and a cookie is added when your visitor leaves the site to check out the vendor's homepage.

You can remove the vendor's homepage URL however i don't think it will help your overall sales to restrict the information available to potential customers.
