Limited Options for User

There are very limited options for user, for example

They can't Post / Embed videos from YouTube and Dailymotion.
They can't Load Playlists from YouTube and Dailymotion.

Is there any plugin or option to enable these services for Users ?

Then they should probably go to Dailymotion or Youtube.
I don't see the purpose here.
Is your idea to capitalize on youtube views?
