I'm constantly getting errors:( Import from Youtube not running admin :( i have new license :s
XML error: no element found at line 1 :( (Import from Youtube) ??? i send support e mail but not answer :(

I have the same problem but I found the solution

You need to verify if that user is allowing his/her videos to be imported/share.

What is happening is that YouTube is blocking/protecting the import, from that user
don't know if this is happening do to user settings or YouTube settings

I try several times, from same YouTube User and nothing.

I try other YouTube User works good.

You may import protected YouTube User videos
go to > Import from YouTube

enter the full address: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UserVideo
