URA not updating since 2nd Sep

Dear Andrew My site http://www.onlinesoftwaresstore.com/ last successfully updated almost 2 months ago on 2nd september 10, since then I have attempted a lot of time to update but always got the message "already updated, no updates were neccessary."

I am getting this issue since my purchase of URA. It always updates after months.

I want to ask some questions:

1- Why this issue is so common and don't have any solid remedy till yet? Many people facing same problem with nothing to know what to do to resolve the issue. This issue should be resolved permanently.

2- You are only focusing at PHP Melody, and always update its coding, adding new features, but URA has not updated since I have purchased it.

I request you to please give time to your own product URA as it need YOU for some issues, some new features.
