URA database is not importing...

I installed the script fresh, I uploaded the database in ASCII, and the rest of the files in binary,I got green across the board for installation, last step database import by the script, Install completed, don't forget to remove install and database,after install...site is setup with no errors,However when I click on anything,I'm getting a page not found, I checked the database and only 6 things were imported during the install.
I tried to even import the database manual, but I get no data chosen to import error... any help would be appreciated.

Can I get a reply please, did I post in the wrong place.I wish someone would say something so I can move on... Guess it's too late to get a refund on this script, I could do with support, please answer ,I feel like a pain in the ass, keep asking for help and getting jack.

URA doesn't update , it's installed and works ,however it's showing products from 2009 ,when I click the update button it says it's up to date, no further updates are needed... Any help would be appreciated
This is the latest version of URA ,but has an outdated database that won't update.
