PHP Melody allows by custom modifications all the features you mentioned.
you can find in the verified members forum area many examples that can do it.

Those that make mods (as modmyscript.com) are not affiliated with PHP Sugar. They are clients that decided to offer to others their own customizations.

The mods are sold separately, and, as i said, they are totally supported by third parties, according to their own TOS.

For already made mods the prices are fixed. For customizations depends of the project.
In the marketplace section of this forum you can find some examples.

what about the mods available in mods section ? means that a verified member gets access to a private section with a catalog where he can select and buy ?

The marketplace has only some of the mods that are available for sale.
It is only a presentation section with details about how to buy the mods.

Thanks for a direct reply. what i had in mind was that mods section is a place where you find lot of hacks which can be downloaded and installed free of charge like in phpbb3 etc

There is a difference. phpBB3 is open source.
Even so, there are paid plugins for it.
