My site is not functioning...

Hi everyone,
I have a problem that is driving me crazy. I uploaded the script, everything went smooth. The generic site was running fine for 4 hours and then all of a sudden the videos stopped playing and whenever I clicked any link from the home page, i got a page not found error. This is driving me crazy. Any suggestion?
I appreciate any help I can get.
