[solved] Can not access customer area

I bought PHP Melody from Nov-30. Then I can access to Customer area. But the code package is 0MB.

I think there's some problem and require to change password. After change, I can not access cusomer are anymore. It says " There are some unresolved issues related to your account. Please email us today." Contacted to Support but no reply at all.

Anyone suffered the same? It's really annoyed.

Hi,

I understand it is annoying to wait for the product you purchased. Support is usually not around on weekends so I would expect a reply this week. Support might be a bit slow sometimes but I'm sure they will help you out
