Link to popup video on a separate window

Hello Everyone,

I hope someone can help me or direct me the right way. I would love to put a little link next to the player that says "pop out" so when you click it...it actually pops the video to a popup window with the player and plays it. A lot of people have dual monitors and I think it will be very useful.

I have tried a few codes but when I click on pop up window link...a window with the players pops up but the video doesnt play. However when i close the main site, the video in the popup starts to play. I need to find a way to get around this bug.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
