looking an android app for my site

does anyone know, any website where i can build my own android app for my php melody website.
my website is small few youtube videos and few embeded live video streaming.

The fastest is to use a webview. But by default Android doesn't play the YouTube videos or any videos in webview by full screen so it is a little bit of custom work and programming over there

webview looks to complicated for me.
do you know anyone, who knows how to create android app.
i would like to have my app for my site but i hope is not too expensive.

Depends of means expensive: if you want the app in Google play under your name it costs 25 USD one time.
When you have an android app that loads in webview a mobile website as phpmelody it can be difficult as there are some special programming to be done in order to have the videos in full screen. Strange but true.

I did in the past for iOS or Android and my advice to have a nice one.
