[solved] How to ban an ip address from accessing site

I've been getting system reports that a user from the same ip address has been trying to log into the admin area. the ip addres is 93.87.220.205 and when i looked it up, i get this

I would like to ban this ip address, but don't see an option in the admin area or in the database. Any help is grealy appreciated

Ban the IP directly from the Cpanel or do it via htaccess.


For htaccess:

deny from 93.87.220.205
allow from all

If it is dynamic IP it is in vain though.
