How to really embed a youtube video

Hi,

Today i want ask how to embed a video by adding its direct Url ?

for example i add this video using as a direct input to my site (by copy you tube url) http://maruthivideo.com/musicvideo.php?vid=846fddc99 but when this blocked by the content owner its display the message as

" this videos is blocked it from this website 'watch on you tube' but the visitors try to click the watch on you tube link its not working .

so i need to know how to enable this link when add videos as direct input , when embed videos using embed code "watch on you tube " link works perfectly do any one has solution for it ?
