All Videos categaries thumbs on index page

Brother i need your few help
On witch file i include php code on just Index.php ?
i want to customize my index page a lat of our viwers tell us please make it more user friendly
At this time just new videos thumbs are in index but i want to make all categaries like youtube
can i add all categaries videos like youtube ?
