I posted this here 2 days ago and no discussions. They're saying that if you use a CCTLD then you're safe now. So many movie and tv show streaming sites moved to a cctld domains. Ex. torrenz.net > torrentz.eu watch-series.com > watchseries.eu

- ICE is not just taking down sites sharing or linking to copyrighted content. Let's say you're a hosting company with more than 50,000 customers and one of them is hosting and sharing copyrighted content. They'll take down your whole server just to take down that one site. They did this recently.

- There's a copyright Troll Righthaven who's going after blogs and forums that are posting articles and videos that are copyrighted by their clients. They ask judges to transfer domain as well.

- Movie industry is going after Torrent downloaders and suing them. And even porn industry is going after downloaders.

- Companies with no rights to domains are filing for trademark then trying to sue domain owners who owned the domains since the 1996

It's all taking place in U.S. soil.
