I can't finish Verify ownership for my phpmelody page when I was add code in header and also show me Not Verified ?

yes you can, in header.tpl, just put it right on top between the other meta tags there.

yes i was in head but again dont work

what doesn't work? There is nothing to "work". Google probably needs some time to find it.
Use the html page version then. Upload it and verify, it doesn't have to stay in your header anyway, it's just so google knows the site is yours.
