[solved] Can our sites be legal?

I made this thread few days before and i didnt get any reply, you just deleted it, without telling me any reason, but maybe it just got lost so i post it again:

I bought php-melody a few days ago and i´m going to get my site online very soon, but there are few points that make me bad dreams, cause i think we could get problems with that, if not please proof me that i´m wrong.

Problem 1 We use Youtube´s Bandwith

Videos get streamed from the youtube servers, so we use youtube´s bandwith without showing theire logo or linking to them, is that allowed?

Problem 2 Embeded Content is our Content

First i though when i embed a video from youtube, i dont have to care about copyrights, cause thats youtube´s problem, but it isn't.
The content that is visible on your site is also your content, it doesnt matter if you host it or not.

Youtube made a deal with some music-companys and paid them money to be able to play a few videos legally. So not all music-videos on youtube are uploaded without permission, BUT that youtube has the permission for these videos doesn't mean, that we have that too, so it can also be a problem if we embed content that is allowed for youtube.

Problem 3 I still want to make my Music Video Site

So what can we do, to run a music video site thats still legal?
I think we need to find real facts, what is legal and what isn't so that we can be sure to do the right thing and if anyone of us gets problems, we know how to solve it, so please prove me that i'm wrong or tell me other ways that we can solve this problems.
