site map error

I have more than 80,000 videos on my website and when I create the regular sitemap it creates one large sitemap xml file of size 14MB.

When I submit this in Google Webmaster Tools, I get error and only 50,000 items are submitted. The rest are left out.

How can we split this sitemap or create two or three sitemaps just like we can do with video sitemaps in admin panel?

Please advice. Now my site new videos are not listing in google
