[solved] no verified customer yet??!

i ordered the script and the ruby template on Dec 24, 2009 and i got an email regarding to them and i installed them on my website but i applied for being a verified customer because i needed some help regarding editing the script and since then i havent recieved any emails regarding to becoming a verified customer, and i need to get this going so i was wondering if there is a way to speed this verification up
