Update Error

Everything was working fine, now when I try to update I get the message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2097152 bytes) in /home2/wayneswe/public_html/top10s/admin/class.csv.php on line 73

My site was down earlier today because the mysql server load was at 100%, but the server status
looks better than it has ever been now again. Maybe my host made a change that this doesn't
work now. Any ideas?

This is a hosting related issue. You should contact them and perhaps ask them to increase the 'memory_limit'.
