After updating (from 1.8.1) I get a blank screen and getting in error.log

Make sure you copied ALL 1.9 files to your root.

I have no idea how to fix the Facebook issue, not very good with codes, can anyone help? The support crew here have still not replied or fixed the issue after numerous complaints.
