Hello, I'm so sorry i did not post the solution because i was a little bit busy but here it is.

after trying all the players and the solutions

a recommend this :

waiting for the next update stop using the VIDEO js player because it prevents the youtube api V3 from reporting the errors and importing the m into the database of your own beautiful script phpmelody <3
jump to the jwplayer 6 and update it the version 6.1.12 and not the version 7
the version 7 is amazing but it's not compatible YET with phpmelody in the section of confirming the Licence key hope the amazing Andrew will try to fi it.

if you saw that the embedded codes is working but the player button ( start ) is not shown in JS player
try to update it to the latest version from the source website it resolves every problem like it did to mine ( youtube videos )

any thing else I'm here !

Thank you Nino for your brilliant report, I was exhausted trying to find why reported videos suddenly stopped,
jwplayer 7 is working perfectly for me and the system is reporting videos again
