[solved] I Can't Download My Purcahsed Script

Hi,

I paid for PHPMelody (the $59 version) and tried to download the script via the link you gave but it fails. It shows a zero byte .zip file. Now, I also tried to access the Customer Area and use the login info that you provide but I can't still access it. It says "There are some unresolved issues related to your account. Please email us today." Please reply to my ticket #JA4IFIT8 and let me know on how to get my ordered script. I am about to set it up to my new domain. Thank you in advance. I already email the support team and even Andrew. I am waiting for their reply.

Trace is right,
I have some problems too, but They are on vacation and as Andrew Emailed me, they cannot work until the 24th.
So we should be Patient (Happy Vacation)

Trace is right,

I sincerely apologize for the troubles caused. Yes, we were on a vacation during last week and unfortunately our auto-responder setup was not active.

When placing additional orders which use new/different PayPal email addresses we recommend informing our support team to which account you want the new order(s) assigned to.

That's because our delivery system needs to find a valid PHP Melody license under your order email address before delivering any additional products such as Mobile Melody or themes.
