Creating a playlist for imported videos from youtube

Hi,

I could not find how to create a channel for videos that are added from youtube.
Is there anyway we can create channels using those imported videos.
A user can create a playlist but that is visible only to him. I had made the playlist public even but could not find it associated from non signed in user. My requirement is that if admin user creates a playlist, it should be visible to all.
Where should I enhance my script to get this done
