Youtube-FLV-Proxy-Leased no work

More than a month ago that I are reporting problems with music videos of record labels, is fixed the scripts without actually work correctly, the videos are available for viewing only (no music works).
I sent report and they do not answer, I had problems with the proxy because my account "YouTube-FLV-Proxy-Leased" appears as Suspended. I pay the license twice the same month and inform them of the problem, the account still listed as suspended and the proxy does not work.
've Shipped several Pm to Muzikia and does not answer.
Where's the formality, they expect from us, pay and shut up?, I hope this time will solve this problem, it sure is happening with many users who use this service.
I hope once and for all solve my problem.

The license seems to be reissued PROXYHD-51014a*******
As for latest issue: there are some issues on some servers and some VEVO videos only. (it is true, on some servers/videos there is only music with no audio)
My colleague tried to work a lot during theses days despite his personal issues he lately had.

There is another issue I have on some servers: sometime the license is disabled and I am working on it.
Beside all these there are no other issues with the Proxy and there are already 3 years since it has been released.

Lately I was the only one working on whatever modmy and Yes it is difficult to take care of everything. So sorry.

I accept your apology, regarding the videos, not only are the videos Vevo, I would like you to show a demo of its proxy with some music video, eg Vevo. I have found that for about a month it was impossible to download videos from YouTube Vevo platform from web pages download YouTube videos, to the day of today that is normalized and all the pages already have available these downloads without problems.
