ON TOPIC: assuming you got a decent text editor that allows you to search in files,
you can just do a search for something like
lwmarkup_strip_all(
or any other function, in the entire phpmelody directory (including subdirectories)
and it will tell you exactly where the function is being used or defined.
That's a lot faster than any list or even a wiki.

It's more about having the right tools than knowing where everything is;
Your tools will help you with that.

I personally use Crimson Editor for this job (searching for a string in multiple files).
