I see your movie and of course it is a real movie with copyright content, its not just a trailer or little clip but i
think that the owner search difficults and think you earn money with his bad movie.
Delete this bad movies, there are millions of similar video clips in the internet.
Remember:Adsense is Google and Google is Youtube etc.
When you begin problems with the first than comes one after the other..........
Bye

What puzzles me is why Google is asking me to remove the video, and file a DMCA counter notice when the reported video is hosted on YouTube? It makes no sense...Google is not taking the right approach here in my opinion. Plus, there are many other websites embedding the same videos/movies.

Don't you think Google asking the uploader to remove or disable embedding of the video is the appropriate thing to do? Since I don't have any videos hosted on my site?

I think what they saying is that it is

1. Infringing at youtube
2. Infringing at your site

Google is always a bit too keen with disabling adsense at websites.

Since you aren't really in the position to argue here, it is the best to cut your losses and remove the video.

I received something similar few years ago from a company representing Brian Adams.
I had only ONE video with B.Adams...only one and they got it !

I removed the video and I sent them an email telling them that I am good guy and in fact this is only an embed from Youtube ... . They answered me back explaining me the reason why they have to protect his rights.

As i said the video was embeded via JWplayer from Youtube. But they didnt care about it. They probably scanned the net for videos with their client.

I responded back to Adsense team. Youtube is a public domain, and any videos uploaded to the site can be viewed by anyone.

I was just being ridiculous Andrew, but after responding to the DMCA with a counter claim they restored service back.
