Videos on my site are not working

I've had this site for a year now and forgot the name of the script. I asked someone in a forum and they reminded its called PHP Melody. I'm here now but I don't know what the problem is and how to solve it. The videos on my site do not play. My site is:

How do I fix this?

It seems like you have an older version. There has been a few releases with fixes. You need to get verified first before you are able to see and get the fixes. Rules

I put in my email and system did not recognize me. I also put in the email of the person I bought the site from and it still did not recognize the email. Can I just buy the latest version for $39 and update my site?

You should be able to . You may need to update to different versions before getting to latest version. Or do a clean install of 1.5.2 after purchasing.

If I post a clean install what happens to my current videos? There must be an easier way to do this.

1. get verified;
2. install new clean version;
3. move videos from old database on new, with thumbnails. (script available in clients section).
